This past week, I've been continuing my read about
Baseball's 6th Tool. The book talked about being in a "Flow State", which means not thinking about the task at hand and just doing it with out thinking about it. In the past couple of games I've been trying to not over think the situation or scenario. The first game I tried to apply this technique to my game, I hit a walk of to sweep Fairfield. This book is filled with great techniques to help you improve your game.
