Mind Gym Book Review

 First of all, this book its a must read for athletes! every chapter is filled with ways to improve to mental game in any sport. This book has helped me gain self confidence and "trust my stuff". you can even apply this to you everyday life not just a sport. I believe this book has made me become a better person. It gives you real life scenarios that you can relate to. Also, professional athletes speak about how they over come a lot of things that we have trouble overcoming.

 My rating for this book is a 5 of 5. I strongly believe that this book can help you achieve short term goals and change the way you think about life. It has helped me grow upon my mindset for everyday struggles. This booked helped me an i believe it can help you too!
