One thing i've noticed in this book is that its not a chapter book. Its more like a topic or definition that has a "chapter" of very valuable information about that topic. One of the topics in this book is "Getting Over Your self". There is 9 key definitions in this topic that they cover and express excellent examples to your everyday life.
- Fear
- Anger
- Anxiety
- Self-consciousness
- Perfectionism
- Stubbornness
- Lack of motivation
- Competitiveness
- Distractions
- Persistence
Theses 9 key factors are the elements to getting over your self. You can look at this book in many ways. I view it mostly as a guide but it can also be a "how to" when you think about it. This book is a MUST read for elite athletes. This book has already helped me with my everyday life and I'm only on part 2 of 3.
that sounds like a cool book
ReplyDeleteI like how you just came out and stated what you thought the book was like and then listed examples of it and this could help the readers read that "chapter" find some information out. What is the book called?
